158 lodgings are arranged in twenty different groupings. Each cellular unit measures 38' x 17' x 10', weighs almost eighty tons, and is poured into a steel mould. Before being hoisted into place, each concrete shell is filled with elements including insulated material, a prefabricated kitchen, and a one-piece moulded plastic bathroom.
