The Expo 67 Montreal Canada memorial album
(published by Thomas Nelson and Sons, 1968) has a similar photograph
that Bill Dutfield took (see page 187.) These mechanical
flowers would open and close and were identified in the memorial
album as being part of the Israel Pavilion. They were described as
"Blooms in the desert, thanks to irrigation."
The next two photographs in this sequence were also identified from the same page number.
